As the National Director, Mr. Clarkson is ultimately responsible for all operational and programmatic activities for the entire organization and staff. His duties include but are not limited to, policy & procedure implementation, strategic planning, assessment and evaluation strategies, board development, contract negotiations, national sponsorships and collaborations. The National Director reports only to the Board of Directors.

As the Vice President of Operations, Mr. Gaspar is ultimately responsible for the management, development and implementation of new programs, projects and initiatives on a national scale. His duties include but are not limited to the oversight of C4C program and regional directors; implementation of policies & procedures; and high level industry communications for all multi-media projects. The Vice President of Operations reports only to the National Director.

TJ Bell
Vice President Of Administration

As the Vice President of Administration, Mr. Bell ultimately responsible for the oversight of our management level positions working alongside the VP of Operations to ensure C4C's national programs, projects and initiatives are being properly supported by staff. His duties include but are not limited to the implementation of policies & procedures, high level communications between our new & current partners and system strategies to increase productivity. The Vice President of Administration reports directly to the National Director.

Clay Nutting
Regional Director
West Coast
As the West Coast Regional Directory, Mr. Nutting is ultimately responsible for all operational and programmatic activities for the West region of the organization. His duties include but are not limited to, implementation of policies & procedures, strategic planning, assessment & evaluation strategies, regional sponsorships and collaborations. Due to Mr. Nutting’s high level of experience in concert promotion and production he currently also serves as the booking agent for West region events. The Regional Director reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Brian Preman
Assoicate Producer Of Media

As the Associate Producer of Media Mr. Preman is ultimately responsible for the capturing of C4C programs, projects and iniatives that help show our impact on the communities we serve. Mr. Preman's duties include but are not limited to: managing film shoots, securing proper equipment, staff and resources, identifying partnerships with schools, businesses and nonprofits to minimize production costs and the identification of artists and celebrities to interview and camera.

As the Hip Hop Culture program director and founder Mr. Clarkson is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the program. His duties include but are not limited to: program development & evaluation; identifying partnerships with artists & educators, and the overall planning of the end of the year talent showcase.

Ramone Jones
Maine Special Events Director

As the Maine Special Events Director and original founder of the 3on3 Charity Jam, Ramone has developed the resources to expand the tournament from just Portland, to Lewiston and Bangor with the hopes to expand again to the York Beach area. During his tenure with the 3on3 Charity Jam, Ramone has helped contribute to various charities such as the Jimmy V Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters and C4C’s Hip Hop Culture Program. As the Maine Special Events Director Mr. Jones is ultimately responsible for the physical management of all events in Maine including but not limited to: marketing and promotion, scheduling of entertainment, management of vendors / concession sales and building relationships with community businesses and organizations for participation.

Nicholas G. Smith
No Player Left Behind Director

As the No Player Left Behind Program Director, coach Smith is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the program on a National Level. Coach Smith brings years of coaching and business development experience to No Player Left Behind. His duties include but are not limited to; program development & evaluation, building relationships with professional, college, high school and middle school coaches, community service assignments and identifying partnerships with local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
