To provide young people opportunities to enhance their sports skills and personal growth, while contributing to their community.

Mission goals

  • To Engage youth in philanthropy, community activism and peer mentoring.
  • To Provide Free and/or affordable clinics, camps, programs and events.
  • To Provide resources to public, private and home school athletic programs.
  • To Provide resources to supplement the costs of secondary education preparation materials, instructional camps, personal training, competitive tournament entry fees and promotional recruiting tools.

    Nicholas G. Smith

    No Player Left Behind Director

    National

    As the No Player Left Behind Program Director, coach Smith is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the program on a National Level.  Coach Smith brings years of coaching and business development experience to No Player Left Behind.  His duties include but are not limited to; program development & evaluation, building relationships with professional, college, high school and middle school coaches,  community service assignments and identifying partnerships with local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
